the only problem we had was getting UK television, so we had to watch you tube instead, it was mended but after a couple of hours we lost reception again

The location was excellent the complex is small the pool is heated

Air conditioning in the sitting g room but there was nothing in the bedroom, it needs a fan at least.. The bathroom needs some shelves and the washing machine could be built in to tidy it up.

A welcome pack (just perhaps milk and a couple of tea bags) and some basic cleaning ‘stuff’ would’ve been nice

Was given wrong code to access apartments had to go find restaurant to get a drink to take medication .After arriving not ideal

"It was ok. I would go there again but not sure about Lanzarote as a whole."

I provided breakfast for myself so I cannot comment on it. A lot of tools inside the apartment but I used some of them only.

Some small bits weren't there or difficult to get.
