"Very disappointed with the lack of care taken before during & after our stay."

Beds were comfy and linen was clean

Sadly the flat hadn’t been fully cleaned and prepared. Dirty clothes and food items left behind, carpet not clean & bathroom / kitchen without normal supplies. 2 Broken items were reported as required, but not attend to by the agent during our stay, severely impacting our safety and enjoyment.
