Stylish apartment 2 Bedroom 2 Bathr - Cathedral

Posizione centralissima, appartamento silenzioso e molto accogliente. Arredamento nuovo, così pure i bagni. C’è la fermata dei taxi a 10 metri. Abbiamo girato tutta Siviglia a piedi.

Mi è piaciuto tutto.

Posizione eccellente, sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura. Dimensioni giuste per 4 persone, completo di tutto. I letti nn sono il massimo e si iniziano a vedere i segni dell'usura.

Un pò rumoroso, ma non si può migliorare.

La ubicación lo mejor, la comodidad y todos las cositas que no dejaron para usar como: champú, gel y cosas para fregar la loza.

Lo que no me gustó es que la mesa para comer sea alta porque no puedes ir con personas mayores o personas que no se puedan subir a las sillas. Si es verdad que la vitrocerámica estaba rota y nada más llegar lo comuniqué y me dijeron que la podíamos utilizar, pero resulta que solo funcionaba un fuego (y le costaba funcionar/detectar). También pregunté según reservé si se podía ir con sillas de ruedas y me dijeron que si, pero cuando llegas a la planta, hay un pasillo estrecho por el que no pasa la silla de ruedas/no gira. Gracias a que mi acompañante podía caminar un poco, pero sino era imposible. No se podía ventilar la casa muy bien, porque de todas las ventanas que tiene, solo se abren tres. Las de la concina no se pueden abrir porque el estor lo impide.

Truly excellent accommodation. The location is right in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from the world-famous Seville Cathedral. All major landmarks are within walking distance, and the area offers a wide range of restaurants and shops. You’re also very close to the main street, so getting a taxi or bus is easy and convenient. The accommodation itself is perfect for families or couples, as it has separate bedrooms and private bathrooms with a shared living room. There is also a kitchen available, which was exactly what we needed and appreciated since we were traveling with a small child. Despite a few minor technical issues upon arrival, everything was resolved quickly, and overall I would rate this place 9.5/10. The hosts were always reachable on WhatsApp and happy to help with anything. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building, and waking up to a view of La Giralda from the window every morning was the perfect motivation to explore the city. A high chair for children was also provided — it wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but it was a very pleasant surprise because we used it a lot. Since we stayed in November, it was necessary to use the AC heating unit occasionally, as it could get a bit chilly in the early morning without heating.

As for disadvantages, the only real downside was that the shower in one of the bathrooms didn’t seal perfectly, so a little water leaked out now and then. You should also keep in mind that, since it’s a residential building, you can hear neighbors from next door or upstairs, but nothing that would significantly disturb the stay.
