"Little gem in Wirksworth"

Fantastic renovation of former chapel. Great facilities, comfortable bed and great jacuzzi bath. Located in lovely town with everything you need for a few days away. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend No 1 cottage. Amazing welcome basket too, which was a nice touch.

Great conversion, very stylish and furnished to a high spec. Clear and detailed check in details and well hosted. The bed was super comfy. We’ll definitely be back!

Minor issue - we’d have liked a tea pot.

"Excellent accommodation would highly recommend."

It was clean, well equipped and as described. The welcome basket of goodies was a very nice gesture. The texts etc beforehand were very helpful prior to our arrival. The parking adjacent to the property was also good.

The only thing is the towels could have been bigger, but that’s me nitpicking.

"Relaxing and comfortable"

Beautifully renovated and to a high standard. The bath was great. Nice to receive a welcome gift as well. Nice to have an outdoor space to sit outside.

It would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the fire, heating and TV. Also would have been good to have some cleaning products and clothes to clean the bath in between uses.

"Lovely stay in Wirksworth"

It was nice to stay in what seemed to be a converted chapel. The rooms were big and spacious but still warm and cosy. Everything was very clean and well presented. It had everything you needed for a stay in the Peak District. It had very good WiFi and a delightful welcome basket from the host. The property was in the middle of various tourist attractions and we would recommend a night in the Northern Lights cinema and a trip to the National Tramway Museum.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Fabulous accommodation. Great location in Wirksworth. Bonus to have secured parking. Lovely welcome pack .

Very minor , but bath sheets would be great .

Perfect in every way. The accommodation was very comfortable, furnished to a high standard. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and can't wait to visit again. 😊
