Pool was nice and big.

Our experience at Batik Villa was extremely disappointing and far from the advertised standards. From the moment we checked in, it was one issue after another. The air conditioning in the living room didn’t work properly. Despite a supposed service, there was no improvement. After several complaints, a portable AC unit was installed, but initially, it was set up with the outlet inside the room, which made it unusable. The bedsheets provided were dirty and looked worn out, which was unacceptable for a property of this standard. After the portable AC was set up correctly, the electricity began tripping every 30 minutes. The operational staff admitted that the property’s meter couldn’t handle the additional load from the AC. This made our stay unbearable. These issues reflect poor maintenance, inadequate preparation, and a lack of professionalism in managing guest expectations. Unfortunately, our experience was far from relaxing or enjoyable. No spare bedsheets or pillows. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
