Fantastic value and facilities were great too

Not much the entrance of the building was spacious and bright, they also had a lift which was great.

When I got to the property at 4pm there was an issue with my room so I was given another but the key given to me didn’t work, the cleaners were also still cleaning and changing bedsheets when I got there at 4pm! Smoke alarm needed its battery’s changed. Kept beeping I had to take the batteries out Walls are extremely thin you can hear someone in another flat/room coughing Floor was really filthy I made the mistake of walking barefoot after a shower, I had to wash my feet again as they were pitch place with grime and dirt The carpet also needs a good vacuum and clean with specs of dirt and what seems to be chewing gum all over it. I ended up checking out 15 minutes later than the check out time and had been harassed with the owner opening my flat door and standing in the entryway shouting at me to leave even though when I had arrived on check in day I had a number of problems so I would’ve thought they’d be a bit forgiving. She also took my phone and forced me to leave a false positive review on Google not allowing me to leave until I had posted it The area was also extremely noisy, seemed to be someone in the carpark having some sort of gathering into the early hours of the morning and then someone else on another street constantly making noise with car engine. not to mention it’s 30 minutes away from the city centre so unless you drive I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great customer service with host. During my stay of 3 weeks they provided bathroom with mirror, they fix extractor fan in the bathroom, they provided some cosy carpet in lounge area, you just can't fault them. I was leaving for a weekends and coming back to absolutely spotless and clean place. Wanted to stay there for 4th week but price then was above my budget.

Bath drain smells when upstairs property is using bath. Plumbing must be connected and it is not done up to standards. Something to improve in the future.
