予約時に事前にPDFで入室要領が記載されたデータを送っていただいたのはよかったです。

宿泊日の約5ヶ月前に予約しましたが、その際にいただいたキーボックスナンバーから変更されていたため、電話で問い合わせして教えていただきました。 宿泊直前に教えていただくとよかったです。 また、当日はイベントのため2030-2200の間、前の道路が通行止めになります。通行証を事前にいただきましたが、それでも警備員さんからは上記時間は通行を認めていない旨のお話があったため、通行止め時間を事前に教えていただくとよりよかったです。

地理位置很好，在高速公路旁，到哪都很方便，適合2個家庭一同出遊的住宿

房間地板有雜音

とてもキレイで、家族でゆったり過ごせたところ！赤ちゃんもいたので、洗濯ができるのがいい！ベッドルームも広々で快適でした✨

洗濯をほすところ、おふろを洗うスポンジがあると助かりますね😅

客廳、房間空間很大，很舒適，陽台也很大。 我們開10人座大車，民宿也幫我們找到停車的地方，很感謝。

衛浴只有1套，人多要排隊等待。 廚房插頭較少，同時使用多樣電器需更換插頭。

The place was spotless and has everything you will need, no need to bring anything except your clothes. The best thing about the property was the customer service both from the person running the property, cleaning staff and owners have been just phenomenal. P.S The owners restaurant on the first floor is one of the best Soba places on island.

We loved the property. Zero complaints. Only two recommendations. 1. Leave english instructions for the cooktop and washer/dryer 2. Put a trash can outside. We fill our trash every other day. Would be nice to have a trash cam outside so we can put the trash outside instead of waiting for trash day.
