Hillside Villa 1- Walk To Town- AC- Free Parking

Pros - clean, modern apartment. Well stocked kitchen. - Quiet

Cons - good for 2 people, however a bit small for 3 or 4 especially as very limited space to eat dinner (no dining table, just stools along kitchen counter). - There is no lake view as stated in the listing (under Outdoor and View). The living room looks out onto a road. - the property management uses an automated email service that sends an annoying number of emails. For this 1 booking we received over 15 emails (confirmation, auto check-in instructions, reminders to complete auto-checkin (although we already had), promotional emails trying to sell you on activities in QT, checkout instructions, etc, etc. )

Bedroom a little small , but perfect for 4day stay

It was such a lovely villa, two separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything we needed with full kitchen and even tea, coffee and sugar. Check-in information was easy to follow and provided in plenty of time for our arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

As with many accom in Queenstown if you want to walk to town, coming back is hard due to hills which is not to do with the Villa itself. Whilst there was parking for the 4 Villas at this address, unfortunately as there are no defined bays we were sometimes left without a park as other guests parked in a way that only 3 could fit. Would be better to have 4 marked bays for the 4 Villas.

A bit of an uphill walk but perfect location to town and sights. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with utensils and cleaning products and the living area very comfortable for a family to relax in.

Just some attention to detail to make it live up to being called a 'luxury stay'. The carpet had a few stains near the front door and noticed one of the pot lids was mouldy. Also the chopping board had a burn stain. The beds were also extremely soft and the pillows on the other hand, quite hard.

Loved the location close to town. It was clean with modern kitchen etc.

It’s a great place, but know it is up a steep hill from the center of town. Even though it was a short distance, we would drive down the hill, and park in town, then drive back up.
