INNothing Pictures were Deceptive
Pictures posted by the owner were really deceptive. I would never recommend or will go again. Pool was really filthy with Red big Ants which caused my son to have a swollen eye.
INNicely designed villa in a gated community. Good for family and groups.
There was NO villa at the time of checkin. So they gave me a maintenance villa which was undergoing painting and renovation works. Careless attitude of Elivaas booking Team and their stupid work led me and my family stranded in the middle of the night after having paid all the FULL premium amount and the EXTRA security deposit. I have spoken to kajal, Naina, Vaibhav and more people from Elivaas brand but still poor communication from their Team. I had huge expectations from the brand but their incompetent Team cannot deliver.

NLthe property was great - our Property Caretaker Aamir was wonderful & always very very helpful to make our stay the best possible experience for us. The Chef Rama was also very good at taking care of our asks
F&B scheduling definitely can be better & more communication would be good - and prepublished menu would make sense Customer service prior going there can also be better (and have the possibility of direct communication)
