"No frills but definitely serves its purpose."

Great location. Lots of stuff to do in the general vicinity and within walking distance. The room was what we expected when we reserved it. A little dated but it served its purpose. The A/C unit worked great which was a huge plus given the fact that we were under a heat advisory for most the weekend we stayed at this property.

Some of the lightbulbs were burnt out in the room which was a nuisance at first. Once we swapped them around, we had adequate lighting throughout the room. It’s an older building, obviously, but the room could use a slight makeover. The TV was a bit of an issue. It kept rebooting as we were browsing through movies to watch.
