Overall is good, all the rooms are clean and tidy. My parents felt comfortable to stay. Location is good, close to Aldi and restaurants.
The swtich of the light in living room didnt work and need to be repaired. It is hard to adjust suitable water temperature when having shower.

It's good value for money, customer service was excellent. Host was always available on call or text - very accommodating. There was also tea and coffee available which was great.
Location was slightly tricky to find as we are not from Leeds but host was great with instructions. Could have done with microwave but otherwise good.
