Excellent location, responsive hosts, clean, neat, fairly well equipped. Well presented on arrival. Great to have parking.

Couch was extremely uncomfortable. Improvements in the bathroom: reattach shower to wall, hooks on door for towels, small unit for laying out toiletries. Improvements in the bedroom: more stable drawers. Couldn't access property from the front plus when we got in we didn't know what floor to go to. Towels were very small.

Location was good,apartment was good

We struggled to get in ,the instructions are sent as videos to watch but we couldn’t get a signal.so people are best to read the instructions beforehand,also to get in from the outside the numbers have been rubbed away on the key pad .You can’t get live tv on the telly, I think you should be told that on the description of the property.

The location is excellent, about as central as you could wish for and with easy access to St Benedict's street and the Norwich markets and city centre. For those driving, having access to a free car park is a bonus even if access on Pottergate at first is a little hard to find. Flat is really clean and has a good kitchen area with everything you'd need for a short stay.

Be warned if you are booking this flat over summer: it is incredibly hot and we barely slept due to the temperature. While admittedly we visited on a warm weekend by the evenings the weather was cool and yet our flat was still boiling hot. Given that the corridor - particularly around the flat next door - stank of cannabis, I do have my own theory about why this could be the case. It was a real shame as other than that the place was fine but the heat severely impacted our stay as did the smell.
