I’ve been promised Ocean view in the reservation, but I got partial Ocean view, and since there was some extra vendor in between hotel and booking, I was not able to change anything about that

Great location on the beach staff very friendly.

Construction on another unit in the same building was loud.

Love the location and the size of the rooms. Rooms appeared to be clean and had all the Basic necessities. Well maintained Air conditioning!

It would be nice to have phone app access to rooms so we don’t have to keep track of keys. This would apply to the towel card situation as well. Common areas are well maintained but the restrooms by the pool are very smelly and need airing and a good scrub down. Rooms should include instructions for TV. ALS the bed in the master bedroom could use a new pad to make the bed more comfortable.

Access to nearby hotels and restaurants.

We paid for a 2-bedroom apartment with a pull-out sofa bed with ocean view. When we arrived at the resort on 5/26, the front desk informed us the resort did not have a 2 bedroom apartment but had a 1 bedroom apartment with a den and a sofa bed. Booking.com attempted to speak with the front desk about putting us in the room we had paid for, but the front desk started screaming at us and called security. The room they put us in was infested with pests, lizards, cockroaches, and bed bugs. The next day Maui Resort moved us in a 2 bedroom apartment with a twin size floor mattress for a 60 year old couple to sleep on. They ignored our phone calls and text messages the whole time we were there and refused to put us in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sofa bed apartment we had paid for. They have refused to provide a refund. They ridiculed us for being afraid of the lizards that were in our bedroom and are saying people appreciate wildlife geckos as beeing a part of their landscape.
