Cardiff Stylish 2 Bedroom Sleeps 6 Wi-Fi - JRR Stays

The location of the property was ideal. Right in the centre of Cardiff. It was warm, it was clean, the amenities in the apartment were what was expected. There was nothing to not like about the property. The owner was great, they checked up on us after the first night, making sure everything was to our liking and we had a good first night. This was a nice touch. Definitely better than some places we have stayed at in the city. Thank you so much JRR Stays, we will be booking again for next year 😁😁

The only things that I would say wasn't great, there isn't much, was the one shower head could've done with a clean as it was a little mouldy, but with it being a 2 headed shower we just used the other shower head. The sofa bed was a little hard as there is a pole running down the middle of it, the frame, but then you're only using it to sleep on so it wasn't much of a problem.

Very close to city centre and station only 10 min walk away. Hosts very quick to respond to any queries. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and washing machine.

A little bit mean on towels and toiletries. Had a bath towel each, but only one hand towel and one set of toiletries between 4 of us. Bit of a problem with WiFi, only one of us could log on.

Great location and great communication from the host. Clean and tidy.

No hot water.

Host was lovely and always responded to messages and queries. Location was perfect. Close walking distance to city centre. Street parking available (with a permit provided by JRR stays) so it was very convenient. Basic but ideal and all you’d need for a base for a city break. Bedrooms were spacious.

Nothing I can think off. Locks were a bit temperamental but that’s being really picky.

Location was great, clean & modern apartment. On the whole we were happy with our stay only minor niggles.

Wifi didn’t work so TV couldn’t be used & no toilet roll there upon arrival. Basics like sugar would be great (not 4 sachets), bin bags etc would be very handy, no dishwasher. The communal areas definitely could do with a clean/freshen up.

Very straight forward. Good communication with host.

Only one fault. The shower was cold.
