"Very comfortable accommodation, excellent service and breakfast. Very happy."

Location was excellent for our purpose, breakfast was excellent. Dave and Bernie were relaxed and friendly hosts, interested in us and what we were doing - including a long conversation about the Irish and Cornish languages! I was especially impressed in the way they had gone beyone my expectations in making the room suitable for my allergic conditions. I was very comfortable.

bathroom was adapted for disabled guests, but lacked higher towel holders which felt uncomfortable for us to use

"Best stay we've had in Cornwall"

Breakfast was perfect. There was a good selection from which we could choose. The bed was the most comfortable ever. The location was perfect for us to visit the whole of the Lizard. The owners were friendly and welcoming without being in your face. A great place to stay

This B&B is a Cornish gem, and I will definitely be wanting to stay here again! Run by two most friendly people, giving customers excellent value for money, my 2 day stay was perfect. The room was much larger than i expected, and was spotless. The breakfast was simply amazing, with a full English and proper ground coffee. 5 *****

"Cozy place with lovely hosts"

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, generous, and clearly made with care. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do in the area. A perfect place to relax and feel at home—highly recommended!
