Everything was wonderful. The apartment was spotless and really well organised, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city. Communication was easy and very helpful throughout. Overall, our stay was relaxed and enjoyable.

Πρωτα απ'ολα αψογος ο ιδιοκτητης.Μας περιμενε μας βοηθησε να παρκαρουμε σε μια λιγο δυσκολη περιοχη ως προς το παρκινγκ.Πεντακαθαρο μοσχομυριζε ο χωρος.Ολα αψογα.

Super accueil, Panagiotis est très aimable et serviable. Super appartement en plein centre de Kalamata. Très propre, très bien équipé, eau chaude.... Parfait!

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll - aber dennoch zweckmäßig- eingerichtet. Das Bett ist ein Traum! Wer hier wohnt, der liegt wirklich im Zentrum der Stadt: alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen - die "Platia" mit Geschäften und Café-Bars, die Altstadt, der Markt, der Stadtstrand... Das Apartment liegt nach hinten zu einem Innenhof und ist daher sehr ruhig! Panagiotis, der Vermieter, besitzt ein Geschäft im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und ist immer hilfsbereit, gibt Tipps usw.

Wer das Apartment bucht und die Ruhe schätzt, muss wissen, dass er keine Aussicht hat! Der Balkon geht zum Innenhof. Die Beleuchtung ist etwas zu hell, es gibt wenig "gemütliche" Beleuchtung.

I liked the wonderful owner and his mother. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I needed to get Athens airport on a Sunday and they helped arrange this. The apartment is so centrally located to both old and new town. Everything is within walking distance including the fresh food markets. So much to see and such a well serviced and comfortable place to base yourself in and just relax. Its a winner!

Beau et grand studio au cœur de Kalama, à 5 min à pied de vieille ville. Panagiotis est un hôte formidable, très gentil et de bons conseils. Petit plus non négligeable, machine à laver le linge dans l’appartement!

The location was in the heart of it all. The apartment was modern, clean very spacious and had a large balcony. Highly recommended and the host Panagiotis was very helpful.
