⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They even helped me print important documents, which made a big difference and saved me a lot of time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and view from the room was lovely. What really makes this place stand out is its really good location for your visa. The visa center is only a 3–4 minutes walk away. I was able to wake up in the morning, have breakfast, and reach the visa center within minutes without worrying about queues. Everything about my stay was smooth, convenient, and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area especially if you need to visit the visa center.

We had to catch the night bus at 10 p.m. and were allowed to wait in the room. That was very kind. We were grateful and delighted. Very nice landlord.

The owner is very kind and he conversed with me in English and arranged what I needed , And the staff working here were very helpful. It is a great place to stay for visitors to Bhattaramulla or Colombo A great place for the money I spent ❤️

Clean comfortable room. Balcony with view. Nice shared living room with kitchen and all you need. Location is far from Colombo center, but taxy is not expensive.

It may look like I'm crazy, but I think bread seller's tuktuk should not wake up all neighborhood at 06:00 with loudspeaker that unbelievably loud. This is not host's fault, but matter of comfort.
