The location close to the city center, the brand new apartment, the cozyness and modernity of the equipment, the cleanliness, the big balcony,the communication with the staff

Just have in mind that there are some renovations next to it which could lead to some noise when you are on the terrasse (probably only during week days)

The flat is near to the city center.

The flat was not cleaned very well, there are just very few, bad quality accessories in the kitchen, there's a building sight next to the window and in the weekdays it's super loud.

Super locatie, fotos zoals het ook echt is. Ruim, groot balkon. Top. Parkeren in de straat vanaf zat 13uur gratis en zondag ook. Wij betaalden 6,50 voor maandag hele dag tm di ochtend 11 uur.

Well equipped apartment. Modern and new. The owner was very helpfull. We had some small complaines and they helpped out right away. Great location in the very center, but the stairway opens from a quiet inner yard. Easy check in and check out.

The last building of the complex is still unfinished, so there is a constraction site going on. But they very pretty quiet, no disturbing noise from it.

New building, new apartment, new furniture, everything was perfectly clean. Great location, only a few steps from the city center pedestrian zone. Parking is on the street (free on the weekends) but we didn't have an issue finding a free spot. Easy communication with the host.

We didn't need it and it didn't affect our stay, but as a friendly suggestion two towels per guest (instead of one) would be great.
