Shore 3 Mall of Asia - Sofian Suites

The room was clean and smelled really good. Also, the sheets, pillows and blankets are washed, dried and smell really good. Also complete in amenities like mircrowave, fridge, cooking essentials and toiletries. The decor is minimalist and very cozy.

Its a bit far from my race venue but its a good 15min walk and the tv is smart but no local channels so need to log in into some personal app to watch movies.

Location - close to the conference venue, the amenities were excellent, good water pressure for the shower and sinks, bidet available. Absolutely loved the bed and the microfiber blanket, so comfortable!

The sole airconditioning unit provides air cooking for the entire flat. Would have liked the fan on the wall directing cooled air to the bedroom to be a bit bigger.

Lovely little studio near the fabulous Mall of Asia. Communication with the host was very easy and the check-in process was quick. There are convenient stores and restaurants nearby, and you can walk to the mall in 10-15 minutes. Cute, clean place — would stay here again.

I like the location. It’s a great spot! Dislike - perhaps a roll of kitchen towel can be added on the counter area. We somehow used the kitchen (which was great), but we couldn’t find anything that can help us clean the surface of the counter/stove area.

Unfortunately nothing. Owner offered to refund.

The toilet basin was very dirty; someone had used it before our arrival and didn’t clean it. When we informed the owner, their first reaction was to insist that the cleaning staff had been there and that this couldn’t be possible. It took three hours to resolve the issue, during which I had to wait elsewhere instead of resting after my flight. To make matters worse, no toilet paper was provided. The outside corridors were also very dirty. The soundproofing was poor – people on the floor above were having a party, continuously disturbing our sleep.
