Muy buena ubicación, cercano a la playa y a la zona de ocio de Costa Teguise. El apartamento está bien amueblado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Además nos encontramos una nevera, sillas de playa y sombrilla lo que nos vino genial.

Algunos de los mobiliarios no estaban bien conservados, armarios algo rotos y cajones. La piscina exterior estaba sucia.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, and it felt very safe. It has a very convenient location—close to the sea and the beach, as well as the city center, where you can find various bars and restaurants. Right across the road, there is a store with a wide selection of products. The host was very responsive and helped resolve the issues.

The apartment was very dirty when we arrived, despite the fact that our flight landed early in the morning and check-in was only in the afternoon. So, after traveling all night with a layover, we had to wait for the room to be “cleaned”. The kitchen was covered in stains, the bed sheets were quite worn out and not at all fresh. I informed the host about this, and fortunately, she responded very quickly, was very understanding, and resolved the issues. They changed the bed linens and provided bottles of shower gel and shampoo. When we arrived, there were only two small bottles for two people, even though we were staying for a whole week.

The apartment had been nicely renovated and was in a convenient location with a supermarket opposite.

The shower tray had no lip and it flooded the floor when showering The duvets were thin and the top sheets not necessary Many of the recliners round the pool were broken and uncomfortable and needed replacing. The photos are very out date and show a different apartment.

Only a 5 minute walk into Teguise and the beach. Loads of restaurants and bars, great location. Also only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Would recommend hiring a car to explore the island.

Area around the apartments was a little run down and the pool area wasn't great but it didn't really affect us as we walked to the beach everyday.

The pool was not very clean, the kitchen has no oven so we were governed by anything we could do on a hob and microwave. I'd still return here in the future
