DEI stayed there for a week. The apartment is good; however, I had a major issue. Suddenly, there was an issue: the water stopped coming(maybe due to some limit or other issue), and the owner was not responding; the owner asked me to push some switches that were 6 feet away from the ceiling; fortunately, I had a long selfie stick. So, 12 hours without water was horrible; neither Booking.com nor the owner responded on time. Also, getting a receipt for my business trip was a nightmare.

DEIt has all basic equipment for short stay.
Water consumption has limit, 2 times of 5 nights stay water stopped, 2nd time over night, quite unpleasant. Water tank noise was quiet laud during the night that running water can be heard clearly from bedroom. Room has no access to day night and one air conditioner smells moudly. WiFi was cut off early morning at the check out day. One strange point is that the apartment Cattaro 65 plate was on 1st floor, yet the actual stay was on 3rd floor. Of course no lift:)

The building didn’t have a lift. But that’s the only thing negative.
