FEEL - Cozy Old Town

The location was really good. The room spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. I would stay again, given the opportunity.

Getting the code to open the key-box, while in theory should have been seamless, in fact took me quite some effort, by virtue of the fact that the host, or his collaborator, apparently forgot I was coming. I had to chase them via phone and the Booking chat, wait to be contacted back and then assure them that I hadn't, in fact, already received the code. Doing all of that under the rain, while of course not the host's fault, added to my frustration.

Very clean and well located apartment!The communication with the owner was excelent and helpful,as they facilitated our stay by booking the ztl pass for us!

Clean, cute, simple, great location. Enjoyed the city.

Great place very close to the centre of town. Friendly and responsive communication. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Very small point, but it would be good to have had some shower gel provided.

Very central right in the heart of Citta Alta, so it is cery convenient to have a nice stroll in the old town, and if you want to come back home for something, it is so easy!
