Buena ubicación, a 10 minutos caminando del centro

Muy mal equipada la casa, eramos 6 y habian 2 tazas y 3 platos. El sillon cama muy incomodo, la ducha estaba rota y se salia el agua, la lavadora de ropa mala, no funcionaba wifi. Edoardo nos ofreció lavanderia y un desayuno de cortesia en la cafeteria de abajo. Muy caro precio/calidad.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi e comoda per parcheggi gratuiti vicini. Tutti i servizi a pochi passi. Ottimo lo spazio esterno con patio e giardino

Qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione andrebbe fatto, nulla di invalidante ma migliorerebbe il soggiorno. Segnalerei in modo chiaro che una stanza non ha finestra: per noi non è stato un problema, ma a qualcuno potrebbe creare disagio

El departamento estaba en una zona linda. El dueño buena predisposición para responder, pero poca solución.

Las instalaciones no eran buenas. Mampara rota, ducha que se caía (rota), había humedad en varios sectores (que no estaban en fotos). Deben explicarles al huesped que la puerta no puede dar 2 vueltas de llave porque luego se traba, no lo sabíamos y nos quedamos afuera unos cuantos minutos hasta que se solucionó. El Internet nunca anduvo, en los 3 días que estuvimos.

The host is very friendly - met us in the flat to give the key, showed us where to park for free, recommended the swimming places/walks nearby - Cala Sala (Port'alga) is very nice. The property is in 10 mins walking distance from the centre where the bars, the restaurants etc are. The cash deposit (200 euros) was paid back without problem/delay.

No kettle - we had to use a pan to boil water to make tea. No spare keys - we chose the property because we needed two rooms (a group of friends) and there seems to be no large properties in the centre. Single key makes it difficult for people to come and go at different times. In the bathroom the switch for the water heater is next to the light switch with no signs - easy to switch the wrong thing off (which we did :) and from our experience the small boiler doesn't heat up quickly (it is small if more than 2 people want to have shower). Small shower cubicle - water goes everywhere. No shower mat was provided.

Everything was perfect! We had a wonderful stay. The host was fantastic and very communicative, caring and informative. The locatiion is perfect as well, a short walk to all the wonderful things in town. The patio is wonderful and the beds were super comfy. I highly recommend it!

The location of the apartment was really good. Only a 10 minute foot walk to the beach. Well equipped with a really nice terrace.

The location was perfect. Beautiful walk into the old town along the water. Every evening beautiful sunsets and all the fishermen along the way. Quieter than staying right in the old town. Great Gelato right next door. Also really easy to get in and out of town. Our how recommended a great beach club where we spent a lovely day. Oh and I loved the terrace in the back. Peaceful

A very nice place, especially the terrace and garden. Also the host, Edoardo, is very accommodating and friendly and he even invited us out for a special pugliese drink.

The main bedroom is a bit noisy, so remember ear plugs if you are sensitive. The kitchen's equipment level is spartan.
