Residence 25

We had a super holiday at Residence 25. The apartment was clean, modern, spacious & very comfortable. We hired a car to visit Zadar, however the local beach is within walking distance and good bikes are available to visit the surrounding area. The accommodation has a shared pool set in a beautiful garden which we enjoyed. Communication with the host was excellent; nothing was too much trouble for Zrinka who ensured that we had a stress-free, relaxing & enjoyable holiday. Would highly recommend & would definitely like to return.

Nice location about 5 mins walk from the start of the bars and main beach. 1 minute walk from the rocky beach, small piers for fishing. 5 mins ride to the centre of Petrcane on the bikes provided with the apartment (these were a great addition!) Hosts were spot on, non intrusive but got the sports channels on in about 1 minute flat from me texting them 🤣. Really appreciated ⚽️ . Lovely pool area, always spotless and cleaned every night. We had the two bedroom apartment with the big roof terrace that made it feel even bigger.

Host was extremely nice. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent.

Pool and access to nearby beach (walking distance). Modern apartment with full equipped kitchen. Very new and high in ceiling. Private gated parking.

The WC is separated from the bathroom, which is both good and bad. The advantage is that since it’s a separate room, it can be utilized more efficiently. The bad is that there seems to be no ventilation in the WC room so very hot.

Very spacious & clean apartment, great location, very generous host.
