Apartament przestronny, z dużym tarasem (w częsci zadaszonym, co daje dodatkowy cień). Widoki z tarasu świetne. W bliskim sąsiedztwie basen na dwóch poziomach (dostępny dla mieszkańcow kilku budynków), a przy nim kilka leżaków ogólnodostępnych. Dobra lokalizacja jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania autem okolicy (Moraira, Calpe, Denia). Ponadto 3 miutu autem do parkingu (płatnego) przy urokliwej plaży Cala Del Moraig.

Zbyt miękkie materace w łóżkach, choć to bardziej kwestia gustu.
