Cozy Apartment with Pool & 10 mins walk to Beach

Good value for money kind of place! The pool was clean & well maintained - could not use it though in my short stay! The beach is like a km so the walk to the beach is serene. The area is unusually quiet, not too far from the beach so good for holidays. The host was helpful and always responded while I was checking in. In all, a good stay in Northern part of the island! Will recommend

I booked just 2 hours before I arrived and was happy the place was ready and clean. Quiet area, 20 minutes walk to a beautiful long beach. Clean place with a spacious living area with lovely views from the balcony of green and sea in the distance. Large shower and functional kitchen. Air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms worked well and a standing fan in the living area was helpful. It was also useful to have a washing machine. The host Vivek was very responsive despite being away and checked in regularly if I needed anything. He helped arrange some water delivery for me and even a trip to the supermarket as the supermarkets are quite far and I didn't have a car and was alone. Lovely couple living on the lower floor with 2 quiet dogs who could also be called on for help if needed.

Ideally need a car to do food shopping, although good supermarkets less than an hour's walk if you like walking, and there are buses if you can figure them out, or just a few minutes by car. If you like the room dark when sleeping then bring an sleep eye mask as light curtains.

Initially the Host was very nice, helped with luggage and brought missing things. The apartment is on the uppermost floor and is quiet. Above is only a full array of antennas, including for cell phones, you have good wifi.

There was no AC in the 2nd bedroom, even though the AC was stored in the stairways. It was very warm and uncomfortable to sleep and the Host was not honest. Because he was not able to get the AC installed he offered a full refund for the unused nights if we would move out and when we did, the reneged on his promise and we had to spend a lot of time, trying to get our money back.
