Accessible and Modern- 1 Bedroom 1 Bath- Justice

The apartment was clean, spacious, vey good AC system, basic items for a few days stay provided in the kitchen and bathroom, host was helpful and responsive to our needs. Location is within 30 mins on foot to major point of interest in the city center, it is close to metro and bus stations, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping places and groceries in the vicinity. The area looked safe and clean, it is quite, the access to building and apartment by pin code and card is very convenient.

The apartment is located at ground floor and has window and door accessing a very small exterior area called "patio" or balcony in apartment's presentation, that is in fact a technical court yard where there is small enclosure housing some water boilers and an exhaust duct from a nearby restaurant, all covered with a metallic ceiling grill. As the building has several floors height, there is almost no natural light and fresh air. During restaurant working hours all the smell is evacuated in this yard, making it impossible to keep the windows open. On the site presentation there are no photos with this area, leading to confusions as we expected something else from a balcony / patio.
