The host is wonderful! We arrived earlier than expected, but we were able to let our baggage on the flat and go straight to the beach. :) The flat was very, very clean and with all the facilities. Also, it is located really close to the beach/ restaurants. It's also big enough for 6 adults and 2 children!!! Thank you so much Effie (our host) for everything, if we ever come back to Nea Kalikratia we will definitely stay on your wonderful flat again!

A little bit warm over the night (that is why I can't go for 10/10 on my review :(( ). To be honest, there was a crazy week in Greece with over 36°C degrees during the day. There is only one air conditioning equipment in the living room and if you want to have like 23°C in the 2 bedrooms you need to let it run for 24h...Anyhow, overall the flat and the host were great! We really enjoyed our stay in Nea Kalikratia! I truly appreciate and recommend this location.

All. The place is much better than the pictures, super clean, comfy and fully equiped. very well located close to the beach where you can just walk and 5 minutes. The Host Efi alla, is very quick, efficient, helpful and super friendly.. We defineTely recomend it. I see you soon.

Fully furnished fully equipped, to the smallest details. Clean and roomy. Great for family. close to everything but quite from the busy area's. Efi our host was perfect, Great hospitality, kind, smiley, with high awareness of service. Short distance walk from the beach and the water park. Short drive to waterland and the airport. A local tavern next door, and great places to eat all around.

Everything was perfect! We'll come back for sure! Thank you Efi for everything!

The suite is well equipped with kitchen appliances, extremely large and super clean, wifi is excellent. Super polite and attentive staff. Highly recommended apartment, looking forward to visit again

We spent a few days in this beautiful location.The apartment is beautiful, spacious, with a big balcony and very close to the beach. It was verry good equipped, clean, with all needed amenities (towels, soap, etc). We had a verry nice surprise when we entered the apartment, the owner welcomed us with a bottle of white wine and also for our daughter she prepared a very nice surprise :a coloring book with colored pencils and sweets. My daughter was very happy with the present. We highly recommend this apartment and we wish Efi our host, all the best and hope we see again next summer 😊
