I like that the area is safe and the 24/7 security also that's just a few minutes walk to the beach and Ushaka marine world.

The apartment needs a lot of attention, didn't give the feeling that were on vacation. 2 towels each for a 5day stay. No rubbish bags to dispose of litter. Received 1 dishcloth in the kitchen. No salt pepper, coffee or sugar. The freedge isn't clean. No wine or drinks glasses. The toilet seat in main on-suite is loose. Shower is dirty and slimmy. Too many cocroaches. Electricity went of twice and when I asked I was told it can't be possible cause they just bought ellectricy the day before. Which made us feel we over used electricity which was not the case. Bedroom lights permanently dimmed aswel as 2nd bathroom.

Air-conditions not working

We were given a different unit to the one booked, we told there was plumbing problems in G405. Only to find that other people were staying there! We were given G403 - whole apartment smelled of cigarette smoke, the kitchen infested with cockroaches! The fridge was dirty, smelly and leaking! Showers poorly cleaned. Dust in the living areas plus broken electrical points! We complained about the uncleanliness of the apartment, and we were informed we need to pay R250 daily to get the apartment cleaned daily! Even though we found it in an appalling state!? The only house keeping service provided was sweeping and mopping the kitchen - on request and we need to be present because they do not have a spare key! Very Poor customer service! We demanded moving to G405 only to be met with more cockroaches, cigarette smoke smell, a fridge as bad as G403, dirty linen and no WIFI! The lady we were in communication with was rude and unhelpful! I'm NEVER booking with these people ever again!!!
