visible security everywhere. the apartment is located in a good location. the neat apartment. My friends like and enjoyed the whole stay though with reception guy.

Having the security however the are not well trained: 1, if my room is making noise, do alert me but doesnt mean open my door and get in. 2, The reception guy on Saturday was not professional i.e i went to do the booking for the pool but he never give me any attention neither the info about how everything is being however expected me to know everything, if patrons are there educate them, example: pool will be found floor 2, you can only book one slot and 1hr, he was just busy his gambling 'Betway'. 3, House Rules: Cut off noise is 22:00 but on a day light not even that we had our music that loud, we laughed and the security guy walked inside to tell us we are too loud. 4, upon arrival the A/C was on 25 degrees and the whole apartment was just hot the entire night. 5. Check out: it is complicated to have the key taken back to locker, as the reception have his attitude as the cleaning ladies suggested i can leave the key with the reception guy but he was just dramatic-'take the key back to the locker'.
