Molt cèntric. Tomàs simpàtic i atent. Reforma bonica.

L'escala i part de l'apartament fa molta olor al restaurant indi que hi ha als baixos. Hi ha detalls per millorar com col•locar un punt alçat on poder enganxar el mànec de dutxa o poder parar el ventilador extractor del lavabo a la nit.
