We booked the place, upon arrival we are told the place is fully booked and cannot accommodate us. The said they will refund immediately, but we had to wait a long time and missed check in to the next accommodation.

Nothing to like, couldn't check in. I called for almost an hour parked at the gate and had to look for alternative accommodation

Host is rude and no customer service

The place is a family home No privacy Bathroom is shared with everyone in the home There is a family with a child Bedding is changed once in two days on request There is a steep slope as you get to the facility so it is a bit dangerous to access the home from the gate

Nothing at all.Except for the staff who are very helpful and respectful. They try their best to make a bad place

To enter the house you must walk ia a very stip driveway and if a person were to lose their balance it would be a very serious accident. The is no tv or radio. its location is too far from any amenities. it does not fall under Amanzimtoti district its actually in Queensburg,of wich is too far from the durban CBD The beds and the pillow were very uncomfortable. All the guest must share one toilet and one bathroom. The cost of using an Uber is around R100 to R200 a single trip if you want to go to the CBD or ⛱️.
