The location was great. It was close to the major attractions in the city and the port. There were some restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The kitchen had some utensils for light cooking.

Pest control could be much better. There were small cockroaches popping up everywhere. I did manage to reduce their population by 7 or 8.

I like the property coz it was very easy to find. The place the room we rented was very clean and comfortable.

The staff are not welcoming. The security guards especially are very snob. There are no parking area for space renters. You have to pay just to park. Ridiculous.

The owner was very friendly and making sure that we got everything we need .thank you maam Highly recommended this hotel

The price was good. The facility overall was dated but functional.

The Internet was horrible. It kept interrupting. Trying to watch TV was particularly annoying because the stream kept getting interrupted and would drop the apps altogether, resulting in having to re-sign in. There was an odor of some sort that hung there in spite of using air freshener. Smelled like someone had burnt some chocolate.

Walking distance to SM. Bathroom is large. Nearby commercial building makes this a convenient option.

Limited space for a group more than 3.

Pool attendant is very rude and speaks in an angry manner

The host was prompt in responding to our inquiries and concerns. The room was well equipped including cooking and eating utensils. What we loved most is that the location was very convenient, and we don't have a hard time booking or hailing taxis. and the view, we love it! we can see the lights of the CCLEX bridge at night!!!!

The neighborhood at the back, people are noisy even it’s already too late, playing drums at 11pm.
