Luxury and Authentic Studio in Split Old Town

Great central location. Clean and tidy inside. Like most hotels in Split, this place is cosy and functional. if you need a lot of space in a room or bathroom you might not be happy. If you identify as unfit or not steady on small stairs this may not be best for you. If you want to be central with easy electronic access , and value for money this place is awesome.

access stairs are pretty grubby from lots of baggage being knocked into the tight staircase. there is nowhere to leave luggage if you are early , or, if you vacate your room but still have a few hours to kill in Split. The exterior is not clearly signed.

Excellent location within the city and walking distance to many places. Lots of nice restaurants everywhere. Lovely cozy room with a mini fridge. We did not have an electric kettle but the staff/owner was very helpful and brought us one. It's very modern and decorated well. I would recommend Gudin Pigeria and another shop just before you get there that sells really nice pork belly - different to Croatian food but very tasty. Also, Buffet Fife had very nice sea bass. We ventured out a bit to Your Corner restaurant for Pasticada - this was nice too. We went a bit easy for one of the beaches and also Bavice Beach as well was lovely. Enjoy!

The hot water worked well but eventually at the end of a long shower would start to run out - that was the only concern but we had enough hot water for our showers. This was despite setting the boiler to the temperature as shown by the owner.

Amazing location. Everything you need is near by. Perfect if you want to walk everywhere in Split! Lovely view and next to everything! Really enjoyed our stay.

Facilities are well planned for quite small room setup though the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

First and foremost, the location was fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The straightforward procedure made our arrival and departure smooth and efficient, allowing us to focus on our plans without unnecessary complications. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous provision of towels, ensuring that we always had fresh ones on hand.

The room was quite small. It was ok, but the bed, while spacious, overwhelmed the space. This left little room for moving around or even opening our suitcases. The pillows emitted a damp smell, likely due to inadequate drying. There was no towel warmer or a rack to dry our swimsuits and towels, leaving us with no convenient way to handle wet items.
