Modern good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Leaking air conditioner on front verandah. Very dangerous husband slipped on doormat as he stepped out of apartment. Fortunately did not get hurt. Staircase inside very steep. Top step very odd. Had to be very cautious walking up and down
