The 10k Stones Villa

La partie extérieure principalement, la maison était jolie et décorée avec goût. Il y avait également une famille de petits chats absolument adorable.

On a eu des petits soucis avec un voisin, car ce dernier voulait faire une sieste l’après-midi et nous rigolions autour de la piscine. Il y a un peu de vis à vis et effectivement nous sommes collés aux voisins. Dans la maison, il n’y a aucune isolation on entend absolument tout d’une chambre à l’autre et la literie un peu dure pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de dos. La piscine n’est pas faite pour nager mais pour se tremper, cela est suffisant. Le jacuzzi est chouette mais il faut compter 15 heures pour qu’il soit à une bonne température.

The Villa is quite new and well equipped. Lots of crockery and cooking utensils. The wifi was good. Good air con and fans. The main living room is large and has lots of room for a large group. The beds are comfortable. The host is very friendly and responsive. Pool is smallish but nice for a dip. You need a car. Number 11 bus goes from main road. But frequency is not great. We needed extra blankets which Stefano brought in quite quickly. We visited pelakas and Glyfada beaches. Lots of supermarkets within 10 mins by car. We went to Arista supermarket for shopping. Well priced.

Some hooks in the bathroom would be good.

Lovely house with character style, perfect for 9 people, mixt of adults and children. Host is nice and responsive. As a minus if I can say, you need a car to reach out to the beaches due to the high relief, bur in this way you can see the whole island 🙂.

La maison, elle est grande et bien équipée. La piscine pratique pour se baigner en famille. On trouve tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Les informations et l’aide du propriétaire.

Les insectes en générales. Pas mal des araignées et des étoiles d’araignée sur tout dans la chambre annexe. Je crois que le propriétaire peut faire un effort pour améliorer cette situation

A beautiful and peaceful stone house with a lovely yard and a very kind, welcoming host. The place was spotless and carefully maintained – perfect for relaxing. Great location, close to the beaches and the picturesque village of Pelekas. Highly recommended!

WE WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE LOVELY TO STAY WHERE, AS A FAMILY OF FIVE YOUNG ADULT CHILDREN, THERE WAS ROOM FOR ALL OF US TO HAVE OUR OWN SPACE BUT ALSO ENOY BEING TOGETHER AND WHERE WE COULD FEEL LIKE WE WERE IN CORFU RATHER THAN JUST A TOURIST SPOT. 10 K STONES VILLA DELlVERED BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS ON BOTH THESE. THE VILLA ITSELF IS GORGEOUS WITH BEAUTIFUL ATTENTION GIVEN TO ITS DESIGN. WE LOVED THE NATURAL MATERIALS THAT EACH ROOM IS CRAFTED WITH AND TIME IN THE HOUSE AND ITS OUTDOOR SPACE IS A DELIGHT. OUR GREEK NEIGHBOURS WERE BEYOND HOSPITABLE PROVIDING US WITH FRESH VEGETABLES FROM THEIR GARDENS AND THE WARMEST OF WELCOMES - VERY MUCH AN ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY. OUR VISIT COINCIDED WITH VERY HOT WEATHER, MAKING LOCAL TRANSPORT OPTIONS POTENTIALLY POSSIBLE BUT LESS ATTRACTIVE, SO ADVICE ON CAR RENTAL WAS APPRECIATED. DESPITE OUR APPREHENSIONS DRIVING IN THE AREA AROUND THE VILLA WAS STRAIGHTFORWARD AND STUNNING BEACHES WERE REACHED IN UNDER 10 MINUTES AND BY CONTRAST THE MOUNTAIN VILLAGE OF PELEKAS IN A SIMILARLY SHORT TIME. WE DECIDED TO DRIVE, PARK AND GET A BUS INTO THE OLD TOWN TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF CITY PARKING AND THIS WAS A GREAT OPTION. DURING SUMMER I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR SWIMMING COSTUME BECAUSE EVEN IN THE OLD TOWN THERE ARE FANTASTIC SWIMMING OPPORTUNITIES. CORFU ITSELF EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS - AS A NEW ZEALANDER HAVING GROWN UP SURROUNDED BY BEACHES THE SWIMMING IN CORFU WAS THE BEST I THINK I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND WE LOVED THE DIVERSITY OF STUNNING PLANT LIFE THAT GRACES CORFU. WE ALSO LOVED THE FOOD - THE BEST WATERMELONS YOU CAN IMAGINE! STAVRODROMI TAVERN IS ALSO LESS THAN 5 MINUTES FROM THE VILLA IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN AUTHENTIC TAVERN EXPERIENCE WITH WONDERFUL FOOD. ALL IN ALL WE HAD A FABULOUS STAY AT 10 K STONE VILLA.

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE APPLIANCES WOULD BE HELPFUL. DON'T RELY ON SAT NAV OR GOOGLE MAPS TO GET YOU TO THE VILLA BUT SPECIAL THANKS TO THE LOVELY GREEK LOCALS WHO HELPED US FIND THE PLACE. AIR CONDITIONING OPTIONS IN OUTDOOR ROOM.

It is very spacious, has a pool and multiple bathrooms. Host is very flexible and accommodating.
