Red House Cottage - peaceful - views - walks

This cottage is excellent in every way. Very well presented, immaculately clean and has everything you need. Ideally situated for us to visit family in Woodhall Spa and North Hykeham. Highly recommended

Wonderful location and thoughtful hosts. Everything we needed was in the house, even Christmas decorations as we stayed over Christmas.

Very clean, functional and comfortable

Can't fault it. Can be difficult to walk to the pubs in the country roads in winter - there is no kerb. A car is definitely needed. Although the village might feel isolated with no shops, there are nearby villages that are more populated and with more amenities.

Red House Cottage is clean, comfortable, cosy and spacious at the same time and really well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We drove from the property each day to visit family so can't comment on local walks from the house, but we enjoyed the location as it was very peaceful!

Beautiful cottage with attention to detail. Immaculately clean and friendly helpful host. So peaceful and an easy drive to nearby places and pubs.

First of all the communication from the host was excellent with detailed instructions on how to access the property and the keys. There was a bottle of prosecco, snacks and a welcome card waiting for us in the kitchen (a lovely surprise). The rooms and facilities were all very clean and fresh. The location is pretty remote but easy to navigate to and we loved it. The location is peaceful and great for stargazing (we had cloud cover during the nights so couldn't see the stars), The host was always available for answering questions and helping out where possible. If we ever plan another trip to Lincolnshire then we would definitely search for this property again.

Cannot complain about a single thing.

Cleanliness of the kitchen. Lovely welcome pack including prosecco and crisps as well as tea/coffee. Cleaning products included too. Lovely location and easy to get to the wolds and Lincoln.

Could do with more cutlery as had to keep washing spoons. Shower was broken in the upstairs bathroom.stunn
