Perfect location, beautiful apartment and friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

It was exceptionally clean and modern decor.

The security guy at the front desk kept insisting that we must buy him food - this was as soon as we arrived which I felt was very inappropriate and pressuring. A bigger and more comfortable couch would have been nice, and a little closer to the TV.

Location was great

1. I had booked for 1 person, and it reflected 2 people on the bill 2. My charge is always in my local currency of Zambian Kwacha, but I was billed in South African Rand. Hence, I billed K3,000 more. I wrote to Bookings.com for a refund and no reply 3. I indicated to Host that my flight is landing at 20:30hrs, and they agreed that keys will be left at Reception. I got to the location around before 22hrs at night, and the Keys was not left at Reception. The back and forth ended up with the keys being a 10-minute drive away from location. I got on an Uber back and forth, and this was past midnight already. When I asked for a refund, I was ignored. I was getting to my room after 1 am 4. I asked for my room to ge cleaned on day 2 and was told too many people were checking out so they could clean on a Tuesday. Which means for 4 days no one had come to clean the place. I was definitely not a priority
