Very clean and great location. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Roof top lounge had great view

Furniture is not comfortable. Bed and pillows were too thin. Sofa wasn’t comfortable either.

I had to contact the property manager to get any of entry instructions nothing was emailed to me to gain entry to the building , I was able to get into the lobby with other residents.

Well the building halls and elevator very dark and somewhat dirty . Inside the bathroom toilet paper holder is hanging , there are no condiments not even any basic salt & pepper . I am 1 person stay , but it's a single serve coffee maker . No other I building instructions provided, fitness room, garage spot ,would be helpful to have even some local info , at all as I mentioned I was provided the information via a text and phone call . It is close to everything. After I check out there was an email saying I need to dispose of the trash bags, are you kidding me after a charge of $100.00 for cleaning .

Everything was clean! Bed was al little to soft for me neben though I slept very well.

Size, location, amenities. Ease of entry and exit. Quiet.

The only chair is not comfortable- too low and no arms. Decorative junk on coffee table rendered it useless. Toilet is too low for grown- ups. No safety bar in tub. Dishes stacked on counter so no space to work or eat. Bathroom fan too noisy. Too much teal!

The location of Modern Vibes. Also, I had a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen.

Thought the door needed an additional lock for the guest to bolt from inside. As a single woman, I didn't feel safe. Also, the water in the bathtub drains very slow. When taking a shower, you're standing in your dirty water.

It’s a beutiful place to be and to live. The apartment was clean and tidy, the neighbourhood is great and the owners of the apartment were very helpful. We also had parking spot which was very convenient. Hopefully we will return soon.:)

Very clean property, it had everything we needed, and we were very comfortable. The 24 hour Mexican restaurant a block away it was absolutely fantastic, as was some of the other coffee shops.

Unfortunately, the parking garage was closed for construction and we had to park across the street and pay extra. We had asked for entry/parking instructions, and no one got back to us until after it was too late to make other arrangements (if we wanted to). Although not expensive it was a bit of a walk, and I have an injured knee. Also, there was no access to the roof, which is shown in the property photos, the door was locked, maybe we just went too late?
