"Beautiful flat in a central location with sea views."

Beautiful flat. Tastefully furnished. Immaculate. Exactly as the photos looked. The flat is on the 4th floor but if you read the reviews (which I did!) you know this-it wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen was well equipped but could do with some basics like salt/pepper etc.

Appartamento molto bello, ristrutturato di recente, completo di tutto quello che necessita. Posizione che da sulla piazza centrale di Stonehaven

se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto..... l'entrata del palazzo non "comunica" subito una sensazione positiva, potrebbe essere curato molto di più.

sehr schönes Apartment mit toller Ausstattung - sehr modern mit allem Komfort.

liegt im 4. Stock ohne Lift - hätte man besser beschreiben können. Mit viel Gepäck ist das etwas schwierig. Der Eingang ins Haus ist recht ungepflegt.

La casa è bellissima e nel pieno centro di Stonehaven 3 dalle finestre si ha una vista mozzafiato sul mare. La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata in maniera moderna ed impeccabile. È veramente stupenda e super accessoriata!

Per noi non è stato un problema ma forse è opportuno segnalare meglio che ci sono diverse scale da fare per raggiungerla. Non fatevi spaventare dalle condizioni dell’ingresso e delle scalinate comuni!

"Poor cleanliness and poor customer service."

The location was good, right in the centre of the town.

Cleanliness was a big issue and difficult to get a response but eventually we got the property cleaned. We felt an inconvenience at best but at worst insignificant. The 63 stairs could be an issue big issue for some.

"Enjoyable short stay."

A lovely renovated, comfy, well equipped and clean apartment in a great location. We enjoyed the views of Stonehaven, including the water views from the kitchen.

Stairs could be an issue for some, especially with large/heavy suitcases.
