Odlična lokacija, na obodu parka Čair..mirno, tiho. Na 10-tak minita hoda od svih centralnih dešavanja. Stan lepo, sa ukusom sređen. Brza i laka komunikacija sa vlasnicom stana. U prizemlju je pa je jako prijatno za boravak u leto. Sve pohvale.
