I loved the place much, accessible for all. Staff are accommodating.

I appreciated the quick and responsive coordination with the hosts. The location of the accommodation is also conveniently accessible to malls and nearby restaurants. Both the reception staff and the guards are very friendly and helpful.

In as much as I would want to convince myself that everything were okay during our stay, here are my very honest feedback based on our experience during the whole stay: 1. On the advertisement here on Booking.com, they said that there is a SOFA, only to find out there is none. 2. It also states that there are 2 extra futton mattresses, wherein there is only one, which is for the pullout bed. 3. WIFI- it is very slow and we could hardly even connect. 4. Cleanliness is quite disappointing. When we arrived, I used the toilet and saw that there were strand of hairs on the floor. The smell of the bathroom is also quite weird, which comes from the drainage, I think. The door mat or rug by the kitchen smells weird too (like a dried pee). 5. Bed bugs on the pull-out bed: When I lied down on the pull out bed, I saw some bed bags crawling! I informed the host at once regarding this (Ate Ems) and requested if there are other available rooms for us to transfer because we consider that we have a baby and it is unsafe for him. Unfortunately, there is no available rooms anymore. 6. We did not expect the the room is too small for us 4 people (3 adults and a baby) to fit in. I believe it is only good for 1-2 persons. 7. Toilet seat, flush, and bidet were broken/malfunctioning. It was then that the host came to repair it together with a repair guy when I sent her an SMS. This is okay and considerable, however, knowing that there will be hosts renting the place, they should have made the accomodation clean and presentable. 8. The mattresses' spring is quite embossed that it hurts on our backs when we sleep. It felt really uncomfortable. Not being maarte but it was just very uncomfortable on the back and we could feel the springs. 9. The kitchen is too small, you could barely move around to cook. 10. The smell of the pantry and where the plates and utensils are, smelled different (parang amoy ipis) and underneath the sink, they only stuck a lot of stuff and kind disorganized.

-The mattress bed was not firm / soft enough i woke up with neck and back pain. -cr was locked, the host didn't coordinate properly. -old and unit sucks. -no wifi -Crazy Prepaid already consumed data. -someone woke me up at 11am. It was a horrible experience. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BOOK THIS UNIT!!! Waste of money !!!!
