Great location in Chapel Allerton. Comfy bed. Washing machine was very handy.

It is very basic in terms of supplies - we needed to buy a dish cloth and there was no hand soap left in the bathroom. It was quite hard to find as the sat nav didn’t take me to the right spot so some further instructions before check in might be handy.

One of the best I’ve stayed in quiet, comfy and relaxing.

Perfect location. Plenty to do and lots of restaurants and shops on hand. Easy to get around by car or public transport. Bus stop on your doorstep to Leeds city centre.

Perfect for us, visiting family in Roundhay. Wonderful oundhay park only 10 minute drive along with Tropical World.

Liked the furniture and decor and the quietness of a city suburb. Didn’t cook but there were utensils, pans, toaster and kettle generally all you needed to survive. Washer and iron were appreciated and we felt relaxed in the little apartment. Heating system worked really nicely though we didn’t need it much. We parked easily by the large bins at front which was ok but later discovered more parking at rear. Quick access to restaurants and local shops. Felt safe at night. Very cosy place and well placed for all the places we needed to reach. Busses regular on main road. Little free library across street but thoughtful supply of books in the flat.

Mattress was very uncomfortable and small shower awkward - better layout could be done to improve the room and the lime scale and stains could be removed. Blind took some doing to untangle and use in lounge and we watered some plants which were dying. Also sat nav took us to front of property so we had to walk up and down to confirm number 77 (more than one flat showing as number 1 - perhaps paint 77 on bins or tree). Tv we couldn’t access much but not that bothered.

Place was conformtable, homely and had everything provided I.e kitchen utensils, towels, washing machine. Host was amazing! Really helpful as I arrived late in the night and couldn't find the entrance but answered my call. Great communication prior and during my stay. 100% would return and wanted to stay an extra night! Home away from home!

Cleanliness could have been better. A few dirty plates in the cupboard, some hair in shower and a stain on the side of the bedsheets. But overall smelt clean and was clean!
