Skol 339 - 2-Bedroom Apartment in Edificio Skol Marbella

Sa localisation était parfaite, à 30 secondes du passeo et de la plage, à 5 min du vieux Marbella et à 3 min de la grande rue commerçante. Les équipements étaient au top, fer à repasser, sèche cheveux, outils de cuisine, micro ondes, grille pain, poêle et casseroles etc… Deux piscines avec des transats à disponibilités et bien encadrés. Un sentiment de sécurité la nuit car une seule porte reste déverrouillé ( qui s’ouvre d’autant plus uniquement par le biais du gardien ), les autres entrées restent bloquées donc aucun crainte qu’un intrus n’entre durant la nuit.

Il n’y a rien à redire, à la limite, pour faire un caprice, je trouvais ça dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de sel et de café. Mais ça serait vraiment pour faire une critique sans fond. Merci à vous !

Les lits dans la petite chambre

Excellent location for everything, nice pools for all ages, apartment clean. Wifi, tv, kitchen facilities all good, balcony with a nice view. Checkin and check out no issues, AC worked great in all rooms. Small supermarket right outside door for essentials Second bedroom a bit tight but was fine for 2 kids. Slightly noisy outside in evenings but not too bad.

The apartment was self catering. The location and views are wonderful. I loved he a ring The sound of the sea. The apartment was bright and spacious.

The furniture was worn with many marks on the table. The bedrooms are tidy and beds could ne upgrade. The bathrooms were old fashioned and hazardous as there were no handrails in the bath

The location & the view were first class. The pool area was wonderful with a nice café onsite. There is a 3 euro daily fee to rent the sunbeds but they come with a comfortable mattress so we good value.

The second bedroom was too small for 2 adults. Realistically it is a single bedroom that they have squeezed two single beds into. I sent my stay sleeping on the living room sofa. The was 1 wine glass so we had to purchase glasses. Usually rentals have some condiments but we had to purchase salt and pepper.

On arrival, and leaving the check = in it wasn't clear that the was block A and the next was B etc.

Disgusting place – complete scam! This apartment is a disgrace. The photos are pure deception – nothing in them matches the filthy, rundown reality. Everything is old, broken, and reeks of mold and neglect. The smell was nauseating, there were mold stains on the walls, and the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks. The beds? Tiny, cheap, and impossible to sleep in. This place is a nightmare, not a vacation rental. Even worse than the place itself was the staff. Rude, dismissive, and completely unreachable when we needed them. We left the next morning – couldn’t stand to stay one more minute – and paid for a new hotel out of pocket. We tried calling the so-called “emergency numbers” to return the key, but no one picked up for three days. Total silence. Booking.com was no help either. After reporting everything, they offered a pathetic 15% refund – for a completely ruined experience and additional costs that we had to cover ourselves. Their response was a joke and made it clear they care more about protecting shady listings than their customers. Do not book this dump unless you want to ruin your trip. The smell will haunt you, and the lack of support will infuriate you. You’ve been warned.
