SAM's - Sea And Mountain

Wonderful sea and mountain views. Well cared for property in good condition, plenty of cutlery and plates. Easy drive to grotto beach, longish, but not unpleasant into Hermanus. Choice of Braai's!

Not quite enough seating for everyone in either of lounges.

The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. The location is good. Very comfortable house with everything you need.

The house was not cleaned properly. The patio table and braai surface was very dirty. Spiderwebs, dust, dirty railings. In general the house needs a proper deep clean.

What a lovely place. We were so impressed. Will definitely be back.

simplicity , reasonable comfort, everything a place should have is present . the place is clean and convenient. the landlady is at a sensible distance and not in your face. its a good place for the money you pay.

The location. The shower pressure was great.

There was dog poop on the lawn by the garage. The house hadn’t been dusted for a while and the outside area hadn’t been swept or cleaned. The blinds in the kitchen need to be replaced they were installed the wrong way so it’s difficult to open them. The throws on the bed were old and frayed. It seemed there wasn’t much interest in the property as it was for sale.
