"It was not fair for us to fetch the key the owner was suppose to bring the key and welcome us."

The view.

On the day of arrival the was a storm,we called the property owner to bring key for us and they said after 5pm we need to collect keys on our own mind you it was raining our laugage were wet also us we were wet cause it was raining and we waited out side without any assistance. Another thing at the apartment it was stinking and we don't know what went wrong.
