Good kitchen and overall size

It said there were 2 bedroom but it was one big room, with very steep stairs not suitable for older people so the had to sleep downstairs

Nice and cozy, we had a nice experience. Really ideal for a small family for a comfortable holiday. Close to Kyoto station.

The communication with the host was excellent. It’s such a beautiful property, very authentic Japanese, the little garden at the back was stunning! Very close to the main train station, and short walk to city buses.

Location amazing, very cosy

Emergency lights were really bright which made it difficult to sleep without a sleeping mask

Location was close to Kyoto Station and thus very ideal and central. Easy to get around.

The heater at the living room did not work. So as you can imagine, it was freezing in the evenings. The operators were responsive in replying, but not very helpful in trying to rectify the issue. We stopped using the living room as a result, which is a pity.

Location and super comfortable beds. Great thorough instructions to Check in.

The heaters and sinks weren’t all functional

We arrived and realized we didn’t read the small letters and actually it’s only one bedroom The location was also not to our taste We left on same day we arrived but host didn’t wanted to refund our money

Great location, and spacious, beds separate from living area. Lots of towels, and lots of space in living room. Lovely patio

Toilet was "outside", at night have to climb down the stairs, and out to the balcony. Also, lights in the bedroom are so low that I hit my head a few times.

Rooms and living room very spacious. Location is excellent. Aeon shopping mall is just across the main road. Walking distance to Kyoto station. There is also a bus stop nearby. Big supermarket in Aeon Mall. Place is clean and comfortable. Kitchen appliances working well. We cooked wagyu beef almost every night 🤤. Kids love how they can sit on the stairs to watch us cook.

Although spacious, there are no bedroom doors. Open concept. Not much privacy but not a big issue for us as we are all family members. A bit troublesome to go up and down the stairs to go toilet for elderly. We managed to bring luggages up the stairs.
