Luxury 110m2 Apartment with Bathtub - Caka Street Central

Großzügige Wohnung, drei Schlafzimmer, extra Wohnzimmer, gute Küche mit allen Geräten. Gute Lage direkt vor der Haustür ist die Bushaltestelle. In Riga kan man Dreitages-Ticket ( 8 Euro) für den ganzen Nahverkehr kaufen. Über der Strasse ist eine Einkaufsladen mit allem. Ebenso sind Lokale in der Nahen Umgebung.

Etwas weit weg von der Innenstand. Zu Fuß ca. 40 Minuten. Mit dem Bus drei Stationen.

Great value for money and spacious rooms. Very responsive host. About 25-30 minute walk to centre, but a Bolt is only 5-6 euro. Worked well for our group of 4.

Beds were creaky. The en suite bathroom was lovely but the other bathroom was very small and the shower needed a bit of a deep clean.

A szállás jól felszerelt volt és közel a városközponthoz.

A lefolyó sajnos nem müködött jól. A zuhanyzóban állt a víz nem tudott jól lefolyni.

Meget stor og rummelig lejlighed. Moderne. Nyrenoveret. God beliggenhed. Relativt centralt. Fleksibel check-inn

Rengøring på badeværelserne var noget mangelfuld, særligt det ene. Køkkenet var fint, men der kunne godt have været mere kogegrej.

Avarat tilat, moderni keittiö. Meitä oli 6 henkeä, niin olohuone jäi oleskelukäyttöön, mikä oli todella mukavaa. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta myös sujuvoitti majoittumista porukalla. Myöhäinen saapuminen onnistui hyvin, kun avain oli lockboxissa. Saimme saapumiseen hyvät ohjeet.

Asunto oli viidennessä kerroksessa, eikä hissiä ole käytössä. Me pärjäsimme tämän kanssa, mutta voi olla jollekin hyvä tieto.

Pros: • Great location. Cons: - Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes as the cleaning was not completed on time. - The apartment needs maintenance in several areas (bathrooms, walls, etc.). - The bathtub, although shown nicely in the listing, could not be used because the drain plug was broken. - The area behind the bathtub was very dirty. - One armrest of the sofa was broken. - One bed was missing pillowcases, and the pillows were not clean. - Overall, the apartment felt worn out, and several items required repair.

The apartment was spacious and within reasonable walking distance of the city centre. The hosts were easy to contact regarding the lack of cleaning and a mattress that smelled of urine, but they struggled to act on our request.

One double box spring mattress reeked of urine, and it took two days to have it replaced – after countless emails and phone calls, which diminished our stay as we spent 2 out of 4 days dealing with the issue. Another double bed squeaked and wobbled, and the slats in one of the single beds were broken. One of the bathrooms was unsanitary, with mould and mildew in the showers, on the walls, and in the corners. It was cleaned up after two days too.
