"Excellent accommodation"

"Lovely place to stay and very handy for Sandringham."

Very comfortable bed, hot shower over bath, warm, lovely continental breakfast with fresh fruit. Jacqui is delightful and very helpful. LOVE the carpet!

It’s all good. It’s not a criticism - The staircase to the upstairs room is narrow so best pack lightly.

The location was perfect for our stay. The room was fresh, clean and larger than expected with everything we would need for our stay. There was a warm welcome from the host and a lovely continental breakfast in the morning.

"2 Night Norfolk Break"

Absolutely fabulous. The property is finished to a very high standard and has lovely little personalised touches. The owners are very friendly and professional and not at all intrusive. Breakfast was superb too. Overall, we had a lovely experience and am certain we will return.
