Water was not as hot

This was worse experience. The place was not properly cleaned. The bathroom is full of water that is caused by shower but no one is cleaning or even wiping the water. There are no heaters. The person who welcomed us was so rude. There was some dirt in our room and I showed it to him but he did not want to remove it. Even when I removed it, and asked him to take it, he refused.

I like the location

Please change your beds and your bedding its not up to standard.

It was near Hatfield, the caretaker Emmanuel was friendly, it wasn't his fault.

The toilets were not clean. The number provided on this platform is not the one you use to reach the hosts. I boilt in the hot sun for 20 mins trying to gain access to the property. Also, I had to wait even longer because my room was not prepared by the check-in time.

I liked how Emmanuel tried to help us out where he could. He was really hospitable.

I didn't appreciate the communal bathroom facilities and the quality of the beds were really poor. Please elaborate more on the listing regarding the use of communal facilities if Double Room option is chosen.
